Jennifer offers compassionate guidance to understand what’s behind your negative self-talk, then guides you to transform these factors from impediments into productive tools for life success.

Through drawing and visual exploration, Anne M. Jess, MA, CEO of The Doodle Biz, will help you identify blocks and limiting beliefs so you can experience breakthroughs that lead to more self-loving habits. Anne brings her passion for leveraging sensitivity, intention and creativity to facilitate you in manifesting the life changes you most desire.

Stacy Fisher-Gunn, RDN, CD, CDE, CHWC, self-care expert and CEO of Living Upp, will discuss the importance of women’s self-care as a right and not a privilege. She’ll define what the term “self-care” actually means to your daily life, then teach us a variety of personal self-care practices that are realistic, affordable, sometimes unusual but fun and ultimately – the best part – replenishing and restorative.

Pauline Osborne, RN, MN with Moving to Heal, LLC will get you out of your head and back into your body with an introduction to Nia, a sensory-based movement practice that offers health, wellness and fitness for every body. Nia helps people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Pauline will guide you to step into your own joyful journey with Nia, and positively shape the way you feel, look, think and live.

 

Session b)
En-May Mangels, NLP, EFT Certified Level II, Minister, Empath and Inspirationist, presents, How to Turn UP your Own Intuition. Learn what intuition is, and how your 4 main intuitive pathways process information differently. Through games and techniques, En-May will teach you how to source and trust your own intuition, discover your intuitive strengths and use this guidance for better self-confidence and decision making in daily life.
